The businesses you work with trust you. We help you keep it that way.

You work closely with owner managed businesses, and you often see what is holding them back before anyone else does: spreadsheets, scattered information, lost leads and too much depending on the owner. The Red Hot Zone Referral Partner Programme lets you introduce them to people who will fix it properly, and rewards you for as long as they stay with us.

Who partners with us

Our partners have one thing in common. They are trusted by the owners of growing businesses.

Accountants and bookkeepers

Attorneys

Financial advisers and insurance brokers

Business consultants and coaches

HR and payroll providers

IT and telecoms providers

Suppliers and contractors

Our own clients

If the owners of growing businesses listen to your advice, you are the kind of partner we are looking for.

Why businesses partner with Red Hot Zone

Your reputation comes first

When you introduce someone, you are lending us your name. We treat that seriously. You are kept informed at every stage, and your relationship with your client remains yours.

The businesses you serve run better

Better systems mean clearer information, fewer things falling through the cracks and owners who have time to think about their business. That makes them better clients for you too.

You are rewarded for as long as they stay

You earn commission on the recurring revenue from every client you introduce, for as long as that client remains with us. Partners who keep introducing earn more.

How it works

1

Meet with us

We meet to understand your business, the clients you serve and how you work. We take you through the programme and the full partner terms.

2

Make an introduction

When you see a business that needs help, make a simple introduction by email or in person and register it with us. We supply a template so it takes a few minutes.

3

We take it from there

We contact the business within two business days, understand their needs and propose a solution. We keep you updated at each stage.

4

You are paid monthly

Once the business is on a recurring agreement and has paid, you receive a monthly statement and your commission.

What a good introduction looks like

You do not need to diagnose the solution. You only need to recognise the problem. Businesses that would benefit from an introduction often:

  • Run on spreadsheets, paper or WhatsApp
  • Cannot get reliable information out of their own business
  • Depend on the owner for every decision and answer
  • Lose track of leads, quotes and follow ups
  • Capture the same information in several places
  • Have outgrown the software they bought
  • Are growing faster than their processes can handle

If an owner tells you “there must be a better way to do this”, that is usually the moment to introduce us.

What we do for the businesses you introduce

Sales Systems

The connected system a business uses to attract enquiries and turn them into clients: website, CRM, automated follow up, sales process and reporting.

Operational Systems

The system a business uses to deliver its work: workflows, data capture, integrations, dashboards and management reporting on proven platforms.

Custom software

Where no platform fits how a business actually works, we scope and build software around it, then support and develop it over time.

Our commitments to you

  • We contact every introduction within two business days.
  • We keep you informed from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Where our services overlap with yours, we agree upfront how we will work together, and we never approach your clients for those services without your agreement.
  • We provide a clear monthly commission statement.
  • We pay within seven business days of receiving your invoice.
  • We handle the information you share in line with POPIA.

Partners who already introduce us

34 businesses rely on Red Hot Zone for the systems that run their sales and operations. Many of them came to us through a partner who trusted us with their client.

Profentum
Partner story

Profentum: three introductions, seven businesses

Profentum provides statutory compliance and bookkeeping services to owner managed businesses. It introduced three of its clients to Red Hot Zone: Vulpes Consultants, Chemical Research Technology and 4JB Investments. Because 4JB Investments operates four subsidiaries, those three introductions now cover seven businesses.

Better operations, saved time, accurate reporting and better overall business continuity.

Red Hot Zone provided us with a fully customised solution. The implementation was well managed and effective. And their support was prompt!

GRA & Mayo
Partner story

GRA & Mayo: two introductions, two long term clients

GRA & Mayo works closely with professional practices and the businesses they serve. It introduced two firms from its network to Red Hot Zone. Mayo Tax and Accountants commissioned a custom practice management system, designed around how the practice actually delivers its work. Paragon Wealth Financial Advisors engaged Red Hot Zone to deliver an automated admin hub for the financial advisors.

Both firms achieved a rapid drop in effort while scaling their business came naturally.

Red Hot Zone is accurate and effective on all software fronts.
